My name is Montse Medina and I would like to welcome you to my project: Més Que Verd. MQV has its origins in reflection, my own experiences and from the joy of learning new things every day. The expression “you are what you eat” is definitely true.

I have realised that a healthy diet results in better health, both physical and psychological.

I believe in a diet that connects us with the earth, based on the vegetable kingdom to its full extent and where nobody suffers, neither people nor animals.

Our shopping basket can do great things for us and the world in which we live.

Més Que Verd takes to your own home some Cooking Workshops suited for groups, attending your needs and tastes. Likewise Change in Diet Guideline is provided, offering help and advice if you wish to make changes and improve your eating habits.

Cuina Saludable d’Hivern a Vil·la Florida

Durant 6 sessions hem fet al Centre Cívic Vil·la Florida el taller de Cuina Saludable d’Hivern. Aquestes sessions han servit per treballar amb ingredients propis de l’estació d’hivern. Pels fogons han desfilat productes del mar com ara calamars, bacallà o sèpia, productes de l’hort entre fonolls, pèsols, pastanagues, carabasses… hem treballat amb bolet shitake, i hem preparat postres molt diferents, sense sucres refinats. Gràcies a tot el grup que ha treballat molt i bé. Espero que el taller hagi estat de profit. Cuineu molt!!!
