GROUPS

WHO ARE THEY AIMED AT?

  • Adults
  • Groups of 2 – 10 participants
  • No previous cookery experience necessary
  • Take place in your home
  • Duration of workshop: 3hrs approx

HOW WE WORK?

Step 1:
A date and time is arranged for the workshop

Step 2:
You choose a menu from the various suggestions

Step 3:
On the day, I arrive with the shopping already done half an hour before the rest of the group

Step 4:
Presentation of the menu, the ingredients, the utensils and the work schedule

Step 5:
Aprons on… and get cooking! The dishes are prepared as a team effort in the kitchen and/dining-room. The tasks are shared out in small groups

Step 6:
Presentation of the dishes and the food tasting

Enjoy your meal / Bonne Appetite!!

 

FAMILIES

WHO ARE THEY AIMED AT?

  • Children, fathers, mothers, grandparents, aunts and uncles…
  • Age of children: 4 to 10 years old
  • No previous cookery experience necessary
  • Take place in your home
  • Duration of workshop: 2:30hrs approx

HOW WE WORK?

Step 1:
A date and time is arranged for the workshop

Step 2:
You choose a menu from the various suggestions, taking tastes, age, possible food intolerences into consideration…

Step 3:
On the agreed day I arrive with all the necessary ingredients to do the workshop and we set up in the kitchen and/dining-room

Step 4:
Explanation of what we are going to cook and the ingredients

Step 5:
Aprons on… and everybody to the kitchen, young and old!

Step 6:
Together enjoy our hard work in the kitchen by sharing the dishes prepared

The “Little Chefs” Diploma is given to children who have taken part in the workshop.

BIRTHDAYS

ADULTS’ BIRTHDAYS

  • Adults
  • Groups of 6 – 12 participants
  • No previous cookery experience necessary
  • Take place in your home
  • Duration of workshop: 3hrs approx

HOW WE WORK?

Step 1:
A date and time is arranged for the workshop

Step 2:
You choose a menu from the various festive suggestions, tailored to the tastes of the person celebrating the birthday

Step 3:
On the day, I arrive at the place where the birthday is being celebrated with all the ingredients necessary to do the workshop

Step 4:
Presentation of the menu, the ingredients, the utensils and the work schedule

Step 5:
Aprons on … let’s get cooking! We set up in the kitchen and/dining-room and prepare the dishes together. The tasks are shared out in small groups

Step 6:
Presentation of the dishes and food tasting

A small gift is given to the person celebrating their birthday.

CHILDRENS’ BIRTHDAYS

  • Age of children: 4 to 10 years old
  • Groups: 4 – 8 participants
  • Minimum 1 adult carer/4 children
  • Take place in your home
  • Duration of workshop: 2:30hrs approx

HOW WE WORK?

Step 1:
A date and time is arranged

Step 2:
Choose a menu from the festive suggestions

Step 3:
On the day, I arrive at the place where the birthday is being celebrated with all the ingredients necessary to do the workshop

Step 4:
Presentation of the menu and the ingredients

Step 5:
Aprons on … let’s get cooking! We set up in the kitchen and/dining-room and prepare the dishes together

Step 6:
We set the table and arrange the dishes we have prepared and after we enjoy the fruits of all our hard work in the kitchen together

A small gift is given to the birthday girl/boy.

TEENAGERS’ BIRTHDAYS

  • Teenagers: 11 to 18 years old
  • Groups of 4 to 8 participants
  • Minimum 1 adult to be present
  • No previous cookery experience necessary
  • Take place in your home
  • Duration of workshop: 3hrs approx

HOW WE WORK?

You choose a menu from the various festive suggestions, tailored to the tastes of the person celebrating the birthday

Més Que Verd offers workshops to companies committed to the health of their staff.

Eating out every day can have negative repercussions on health and wellbeing. Preparing a varied and healthy pack lunch is easy and at the same time getting away from the ever ending rice salad.

If the facilities in the company include a kitchen (even a small one), a theoretical/practical workshops can be done. If not, Més Que Verd can offer a theoretical workshop with practical recipes that only require preparation in cold, no cooking whatsoever.

The workshops can also be an innovative and useful present given by the company. Cooking together encourages teamwork and helps people to get to know their colleagues in a different environment.

SHOPS

Do you have an eco-friendly shop or a slow food shop?

In our workshops we will explain how to use different products, how to cook them in the best way, their properties and their more unusual uses … And everything that you want your clients to know about what they can get in your shop.
